Every session at Primal Coherence begins with a thorough intake consultation — reviewing your health history, medications, intentions, and contraindications. This is required, not optional. The ceremony space is prepared and held as sacred container.
You arrive having fasted for 8–12 hours. Small, superficial burns called gates are made on the skin — typically on the arm or leg — affecting only the top layer of skin, creating pathways through which the medicine enters the lymphatic system. You then drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water. The dried secretion is rehydrated and applied to the gates. We always begin with a test point to assess your body's response before proceeding.
The medicine moves immediately. Warmth and flushing in the face and body, accelerated heart rate, pressure in the head. Then the purge begins — vomiting is the most common release, along with sweating, emotional release, sound, and sometimes tears. The most intense phase typically lasts 10 to 20 minutes.
